THE PARADISE BAND is one of Australia's most popular worship bands and features some of the nation's finest singers, musicians and songwriters. The worship experience that is "Paradise" has seen the band thrust onto the world stage in recent years. Hailing from Adelaide, Australia the band takes its name from its place of origin, Paradise Community Church. With a membership of over 6000 people, it is one of the largest and most influential churches in Australia.
Paradise Community Church has always been a place well known for its worship. Recording artist and inaugural Australian Idol Winner, Guy Sebastian, grew up in the church and was a long serving member of the worship team before becoming one of Australia's favourite celebrities and bringing the church into the national spotlight.
